Faculty Rep (Arts and Humanities) Candidate

Clark Brydon

  • A confident and vocal person to represent arts and humanities students within YUSU and the wider University.
  • A friendly face to support all students with any ideas and an out-of-the-box thinker to solve any problems.
  • Plenty of experience to develop a stronger sense of brand and cohesion amongst different arts and humanities departments, encouraging greater cross over.

I believe that the arts are a pivotal part of the university community and could be represented more strongly at higher levels. Science subjects are incredibly well-supported and I want to work to develop a similar reputation for the arts and humanties. This can be achieved by  working towards ever closer union amongst the different departments and encouraging greater cross over between students.
